WAY TO GO POLARIS!! AWESOME!! We just read that our favorite brand of adrenaline, Polaris, is donating 10 Military, off-road vehicles with a combination of Run-Flat and Non-Pneumatic Tires (NPT), to enhance The Salvation Army USA's ability to transport food, water and other critical supplies after the tornado destruction in Moore, OK.  The delivery of the units has been generously donated by Bay and Bay Transportation and Overbye Transport Inc..  

Polaris is such a proud American business and they are truly showing their patriotic colors by supporting our country's families that were ravaged by the tornado.  YPK is a proud dealer of Polaris vehicles (as well as their company Victory).  The special run-flat tires and non-Pneumatic tires will make riding over the massive amounts of debris much easier for the support teams working to carry supplies and crews for the clean up.  Very proud of Polaris!

News about Crockettsville Charity Concert and Trail Ride

Ok, we know we are getting a little bit ahead of ourselves.  We are already getting excited about something that is still nearly five months away, BUT....it is Crockettsville VI!  If you haven't left the holler in a while and don't know, Crockettsville is an annual charity concert and trail ride held in the late summer in the beautiful mountains of Eastern Kentucky.  Local musician talents, Chad Warrix and David Tolliver, held the first Crockettsville nearly six years ago (and what has become an annual event) to raise money and awareness for the Buckhorn Children and Family Services in Buckhorn, Kentucky. 

The concert and trail ride event has continued to grow over the years and now has become a full blown weekend event with big names from the music business coming to our little part of the world and playing incredible shows under the Eastern Kentucky stars.  The musical line up for this year's show is already really getting exciting.  Along with local favorite Chad Warrix, we will have the pleasure of watching such headliners as Lee Brice ("I Drive Your Truck") , Colt Ford, and many other fabulous musicians!  The Monster Energy Freestyle MX team will also be back again this year to show more of their incredible high flying stunts. 

YPK Motorsports is, as always, a proud sponsor and vendor at the annual Crockettsville event.  We have a great time and always enjoys seeing so many people out on the trail.  This year there is an incredible drawing for a 2013 Polaris RZR 800 Limited Edition.  This beast is trail ready and comes in the Limited Edition Nuclear Sunset color!  Tickets to win the RZR 800 LE will be on sale at the Hazard Kentucky Farm Bureau on 318 Morton Boulevard in Hazard, KY (see Janet Smith).

Spring is coming and we are READY!

Have you had a chance to check out our new product GEM Cars?  GEM stands for Global Electric Motorcars.  GEM Cars are the perfect neighborhood and business vehicle.  These little cars are a definite step up from a golf cart in function, style, safety, and speed.  We are really enjoying getting to know the product at our Hazard store. 

We have a few different styles in stock and can order any style available.  Some of the guys at the store have been giving them a good trial, taking them around the property for quick little jobs.  They are becoming very fond of the fun little machines and we think you will too.  

The e2 model is great for moving easily through neighborhoods or around a school campus perhaps.  We have the e2 in stock in Hazard and would love to show you all of its features. 

We also have bigger GEM cars that can handle more people or even a cargo load.  Some of the bigger GEM cars, such as the eL XD can handle up to a 1,100 pound load! 

GEM cars are tough and strong and are quickly growing in popularity.  We are happy to bring these mighty minis to the mountains and put them to their test.  Stop by our Hazard YPK store this afternoon and see why we are liking these little beasts so much. 

Boat and RV Show at the Pikeville Expo Ctr.

YPK Motorsports will be at the Boat and RV Show this weekend (Feb 8-10) at the Expo Center in Pikeville!  We are so excited to have our rides there for you to check out.  We are bringing Polaris vehicles and Victory Motorcycles.  We plan on bringing the powerful little GEM cars and some Kawasaki vehicles as well.  Be sure to come check out our booth and the awesome rides.  The show runs all weekend.  Check this video out for more information.
